The plan was to visit South Africa in June, but this was not possible. Our next planned visit will be in December. As it seems now, that might also not be possible. We will follow the situation in South Africa and Zululand. None of our families, children, co-workers or volunteers have been affected or sick from the Covid-19 so far. Updates on the covid-19 situation will follow.
One of our young ones, and one of the kids that Thore has been sponsoring and in the last couple of years has been working for us in Siphezi School, has now started his own business - an internet cafè in Eshowe.

ANC member and Mayor of King Cetshwayo District, Cllr Nonhle Mkhulisi was admitted in hospital on December 31st and sadly her condition did not gety any better. On February 3rd she succumbed to Covid-19 related complications.
