Even though Lindokuhle and Elvis are not educated yet, they are motivated and they are anxious to this job, even though without pay. They see it as an opportunity to become somebody. Thore has talked with them about the importance of having skills, of having experience, of having something meaningful to do. They are both done with high school and are unemployed. That is not a good path to be on. Both of them will be working at the school untill they will be able to get paid jobs. They will start studying part time, to become professional teachers .
